What you tell us
Your name, company, role, email, phone and the details of the project or problem you describe when you fill in a form, send an email, or take a call with us. If you ask us to run a procurement on your behalf, that can include current contracts, invoices and usage figures.

What's recorded automatically
Standard technical data when you browse this site — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, and the page that referred you here. This is aggregated and used to understand which parts of the site are worth improving.

What we receive from others
With your authorization, pricing, quotes and product information from the technology providers we approach for you. Your name and company are shared with those providers only so they can respond with a real number.

03 — Disclosure
Who sees your information
We do not sell your information
Not now, not ever, not in any form — no data brokers, no ad networks, no list rentals, no 'sharing' for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Providers we hire
A small set of vendors host this site and our data, send email, and run our CRM. They process information on our instructions under contract and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Technology providers you point us at
When you ask us to get quotes, the providers you authorize receive the contact details and requirements needed to give you an accurate offer.
Where the law requires it
We'll disclose information if we receive a valid legal request, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the public.
04 — Tracking
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies: a few that are technically necessary to make the site work, and a few that tell us how the site is being used so we can improve it. We don't run advertising cookies or third-party trackers that follow you around the web.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work; some features may not.
05 — Security
How we protect it
Data is hosted on commercial cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Our internal systems sit behind single-sign-on restricted to our own domain, with access limited to the people doing your work.
No system is perfectly secure, and we won't claim otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information, we'll tell you promptly and do whatever's required to contain it.
06 — Control
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to processing or request a portable copy. We honor these requests the same way regardless of your location.
Access
Ask us what personal information we hold about you and we'll provide a copy in a usable format.
Correction
Tell us what's wrong and we'll fix it — inaccurate data helps nobody.
Deletion
Ask us to erase your information and we will, except where we're required to keep a record (for example an invoice or a signed agreement).
Opt out
Stop any marketing email in one click, or ask us to stop processing your data for a particular purpose and we'll honor it.
To make a request, email hello@model3consulting.com. We'll verify it's really you, then respond within 30 days. There's no charge, and we won't ask you for anything we don't need to find your record.
07 — Retention
How long we keep it
Enquiry and project records are kept while we're working together and for a reasonable period afterward, so we're not starting from scratch if you come back. Contracts and invoices are kept as long as tax and legal rules require. When information is no longer needed, it's deleted rather than parked.
08 — Other terms
A few details worth stating
- This site is not directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
- Links take you to other sites with their own policies; we're not responsible for their practices.
- If our business is sold or reorganized, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction — this policy continues to apply.
- If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
